SnapAlter Furnish Layout is in iOS App Store

Furnish Layout is in App Store!!!

Took a week but no complaints.

The first thing to do is to load or take a picture of the floor plan. Give it a name. Then perform the reverse scaling function by indicating on the floor plan the start and end point of a wall and its corresponding length in metres, feet, centimeter or inches. This is done by pressing the ruler button, as shown below.

After that, create an arrangement from the floor plan panel. An arrangement will consist of a floor plan and multiple furniture. You can create many different arrangements using the same floor plan. Furnish Layout can create furniture that are round in shape. It also supports rotation.

Below is an example of the end result. Furniture in green.

Furnish Layout

This is my second iOS project, using the same concept as Golfscorecard. Look out for it.

Recently, while doing house hunting, I came across a problem. After looking at the floor plan of an apartment that was still under development, I was in a quandary. The new place is nice but it is not a big place, and I am not sure it can fit all my furniture. This was when a sudden burst of inspiration hit me.

The engineer in me got down to work. After a couple of months of design, coding and testing, the application is born. Application is already submitted for review. Fingers crossed.
